Application Password section on user profile disappeared

    Not exactly sure what happened but I updated to WordPress 6.3 and tried to create a post from the google scripts API I have created for that and got a 401 error. Had been working fine for quite some time, went and looked at the profile for users and the Application Password section that used to be there is no longer displaying.

    I don’t have Wordfence installed, so I am not sure how this became disabled unless it is no longer supported in 6.3. Can someone give me some ideas as to how to resolve this?

    In a fresh WordPress 6.3 without any plugins, the option is still there. However (still) only if the page is accessed via https – is that the case with you?

    Deactivate all plugins as a test to see if one of them is interfering here.
