    Hello to all,

    since April 14 I have a problem with Woocommerce statistics. When I go to woocommerce reports, no worries, the numbers are right. But when I go to Statistics, the sales are marked as zero since April 14. Moreover, when I want to download the report, it tells me that I am sent an email, but I receive nothing. also under activity, it marks me 13719 orders to be executed. can you help me please, I need to have access to these statistics to optimize my physical store. note that in the physical store I use oliver pos.

    Can you please try the steps below and see if it resolves the issue?

    • Analytics > Settings > Date type – set to Date Created
    • WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data

    Please try to install the WP Mail Logging plugin which logs all emails sent by WooCommerce. Repeat the steps in downloading the report and check from this plugin if the report has been generated afterwards.

    Furthermore, for us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    If I understand you correctly, you have started importing historical data and it is still in progress, correct?

    If yes, please try to run them manually by going to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending since there are a lot of pending tasks on your site.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi, i have the problem with statistics since the 14 april and i think the problem come from here, i find this :
