WordPress plugin not loading

Hello,
I am making a site on local and only plugin i have is elementor the theme is twenty-sixteen. The problem starts when i want to use the elemetor plgin i click the button and after some time spent in loading it crashes and says Connection is reset . I have tried all the fixes i could find on the net including newest version,activating plugin , restarting from scratch , instaling new wordpress(instalation provided by bitnami) and still i got the same end result Connection was reset.
Please help as im a begginer .
