Thanks for sharing the export, I could notice the issue when tested. However, the issue seems not specific to just the Google sheets integration.
I could notice the submissions are missing for the Portions when checking under Forminator > Submissions page.
On checking further. I’m afraid this seems to be more of a bug due to the existing visibility condition on the checkbox causing a conflict.
The easiest workaround would be to revert to the previous version of the Forminator, for now, to get your form working.
Our team is already aware of the issue noticed and is working on a fix in the next release. I’ll make sure our developer is aware of the issues you have faced too.

Please note that you need to downgrade to the previous version. I checked this on a test website with Forminator version 1.17.1 and couldn’t replicate the issue.
Can you please let us know the Formiantor version that you have tried?

I’m sorry for the issue.
Unfortunately, this is still “on the table”, being investigated and worked on by our developers. The bug happens on the line between conditionally visible select field, when it’s visibility is also based on the conditionally visible checkbox.
This is quite a complex issue and fix also includes quite a lot of “side-tasks” to make it all work together. I’m very sorry for the trouble but we need to wait for 1.18.0 release for the fix (assuming that fix will pass all the QA tests).
However, just to make sure: if you check submissions on site rather than in Google Sheets (so on “Forminator -> submissions” page) – that data is also missing from there, right? Or is it showing up correctly and just missing from Google?

Hello,
Actually the portions option appear and is usable on the face form.
At the submissing moment we do no see any data abou x1 x2 x3 x4 on Google sheet.
That is what we actually need.
And also when we check on the submissions page from the pulgin, there are no portions as well. So the only way to have this information is asking guestsm which is quite uncomfortable and make the form useless :/
Hope you could solve this problem soon because this way to use the form was good for us.
