Tag Search comes up empty

    I have tagged all of my entries, but when I click on one of the tags, the search result comes back “no entries” or “404”. Is there some way to have the tag search perform and come back with tagged entries? I realize it has something to do with /?s= instead of /?tag=s. How do I change it globally for the entire blog?
