• I’m facing issues with my website.

    I am getting this error: “There has been a critical error on this website.”

    I have updated my plugins specially elementor plugin but still I am facing this issue.

    Can anyone help me this.

    To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:

    Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

    If this doesn’t work, switch your theme temporarily to Twenty Nineteen and see if that helps.

    If this doesn’t work, make sure you are using the updated versions of Elementor (V3.6.5).

    If this doesn’t work, make sure your WordPress site meets the basic requirements recommended for Elementor. You can check this in your WP Dashboard > Elementor > System Info. If needed, you can ask your hosting provider to make these changes for you.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.3.1 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
