Hi there @muffy80,
Thanks for reaching out!
Here is what you can do:
1) Create a separate list for each language.
2) Create a new form on your site with a List Selection block
3) Put this form on a separate page on your site.
4) Send your customers an email with a link to this form so they can subscribe to a list of a preferred language.
5) Use these lists to send your customers emails in different languages.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
I have already created lists for each language. I have also already set up that all new users will subscribe to the language they prefer because I have already directed the “action after submission” to the corresponding list based on the language they are subscribing to on the website.
The problem is with the list of users I imported, which is not divided by languages. The steps you described above make perfect sense, but it is not possible to give a multiple destination to a form selection list (or radio button)…
when I set the 3 language options I only have one possibility to channel mailpoet to a list and I cannot specify which list to go to according to the option they will choose…`
Hi there @muffy80,
You can use a List Selection block on your form so your subscribers decide which list to subscribe to:

You can also use a custom field in your form for subscribers to select their language and add to the same list. After that, you can create segments based on this custom field and send your newsletters to these segments: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/237-guide-to-subscriber-segmentation#fields
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
Hi there @muffy80,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
