    Hi there @iamtranslator,

I’m sorry to hear that! This looks like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.

You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Let us know how that goes!

Hi, I believe, the reason is theme conflict, since the plugin works at another WP-site with other theme, and does not with Divi without any other plugins 🙁

maybe you can find the reason and fix it?

    Hi @iamtranslator,

I’m sorry to hear that. We have other users with Divi theme and MailPoet that do not experience this issue.

I’d recommend making sure everything on your website is up to date (MailPoet, other plugins, WordPress, and Divi).

A second suggestion would be re-install MailPoet as per these instructions.

If the issue persists, the best route is to reach out to Divi support. It’s likely that it’s a specific setting conflicting with MailPoet. They are in the best position to troubleshoot this further.

    Hi there @iamtranslator,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
