Please help with evaluating these (top 3 RED errors). I believe it has do with posts and the single.php file.

The link above just produces a 404

Try this:

then type http://www.kombuchamaniac.com

They’re false errors created by the link checker’s inability to deal with urls that contain a query string and a fragment. They can be safely ignored.
