When i click on the ok button so finalyze the reservation, i get an “oops, system encountered a problem while sending out confirmation mail. ….”
What did i forget / do wrong in configuration?

Hey
Most likely your WordPress hosting provider don’t provide email hosting.
Workaround is to use some WordPress SMTP mail plugin (like WP Mail SMTP by WPForms).

I also updated the plugin by adding tools submenu page. In there people can find email testing tool.
