Hi
I have cleantalk installed on my wedsite and it has blocked a few emails sent in via the contact form on my website

What do I do to enable these emails to sent into my email inbox?

Any help gratefully received

Hello @lucyequ

The mission of the plugin is to prevent spam messages from contact forms.

If you face a false positive (the sender is no spammer) contact us via https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open and tell us the sender ip/email – we will see what is wrong.

However, you also can manage a notification about any blocked or approved requests that the system detected: https://cleantalk.org/help/new-comment-email-notify
