Message from woocomerce by theme

Good afternoon.
An update of woocomerce has thrown me warning messages by virtue theme files that is not adapted for the most updated version of woocomerce.

I have some questions::

1_Will there be any problems with woocomerce or anything else because of these warnings?

2_Are there any updates planned for the theme?

3_When can we expect it?
