Download not working

    Hi,

    The download button does not seem to do anything. I’ve checked the browser console but don’t see any errors.

    I have also taken the direct url from the element source and provided that I am able to download the file directly.

    Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Hello @chaskinsuk,
    We are sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue.
    Please make sure that you have allowed the proper file type by following this screenshot.
    You can follow this screencast as well.
    However, are you using the latest version of the WPDM plugin?

    Thanks for the reply.

    I’ve checked the upload settings as mentioned and they are set to allow pdf.

    I have also looked at the screencast but I don’t see the same error messages when the download button is clicked. In fact bnothing happens when I click the download button on my web page.

    The version I am using is 3.1.27.

    I appreciate the help, is there anything else I can try?
