Move the opt-in checkbox

    How can I move the opt-in checkbox to the spot just above the checkout button on the checkout page, instead of under the billing address? (I believe the this is the appropriate hook: woocommerce_review_order_before_submit)

    I don’t seem to be able to remove the action.

    As is, with how things are coded already, it’s looking like this is going to be a very difficult thing to accomplish. I can definitely put in an enhancement request for a future version that could perhaps allow for choosing where within the checkout form to output.
