Checkbox and Radio Button Issue

    Hi,
    I al facing issue on My bestweightedblankets.org Website.
    I’m trying to generate a checkbox but the html renders as this:

    <span class=”wpcf7-form-control-wrap abbina”><span class=”wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-checkbox”></span></span>

    where there isn’t the input checkbox. Same issue with radio button, acceptance input instead works. Please help, Thanks in Advance <3
