Doesn’t work when coming from other page

Hello everybody,

first of all, my website is still in development (locally), so unfortunately I can’t send you a link. Nevertheless, I’m gonna try to describe my problem as good as possible.

I have three sections on my landingpage, which I gave each an “Page scroll to id target” in my WP Bakery Page builder. In my menu bar on top I have three menu points, each for one of my sections on my landing page. The scroll to id on my landingpage works fine by clicking on one of my menu items one after the other.
But when I am on a different page within my website and click on one of my menu items, I do return to the specific section on my landingpage, yes. BUT when I click another one of my menu items afterwards, the page doesn’t scroll automatically, I have to do this manually; the page seems to stuck to this section.

Funny thing is: after clearing my browsers cache, it worked the first, maximum two times; also a changing of browser let’s it work one or two times. But then, cleaning cache, reloading the page: nothing works again.

Some technical information:
I am using WordPress 5.6.
Theme: Zephyr, 7.10
Plugin Page Scroll to ID, 1.7.1
