Copying WordPress installs

I’m curious about the best way to copy a wordpress install.

I’ve got a storefront for myself at http://www.citywide.tv/brian but I have other reps that want one as well.

I’d like to create a new directory, copy my site over there and then go and change the contact info.

Is that possible? is there a good reason to us MU?
