The security plugin never drops 403 errors.
You should see a special Splash screen, not the 403 error.
I’ve checked, your IP is not blacklisted and never been blocked according to the Security plugin logs, you can see it yourself here: https://cleantalk.org/my/logs_firewall?date_range=2021-01-01_2021-01-08&service=&ip=24.69.0.0%2F16
So it should be another reason for 403.

Not resolved! So I sent the host your message above and this is what they said

I do not know if the antispam thing is preventing wordpress from working, but it is preventing the command line utility from accessing it. ”
SWo I ftp’s site and renamed the antispam folder. Then I was able to access. Please check the antipspam thing.
This is not a Security issue as you told early.
The issue is related to the Anti-Crawler feature of the SpamFireWall option.
I’ve added the address to your personal list.

Hi Thank you. May not be security related but I couldn’t log in to my site or go anywhere past first page until I disabled the antispam plug in via ftp. As I wrote in new thread here.
I have since enbable the antispam plugin again and will check if I can log in. Hopefully.
