New Install not working

Hi, just installed this plugin, but after creating Carousels for the only 3 categories of products allowed on the free version none of these are working. I’m hoping that there is something that I am overlooking and it’s a simple fix. I have tested with deactivating all non-essential plug ins and the same problem still persists. What is the normal cause of this, and what is the next step?
