Hi and well done for this plugin.
First of all I’m using a temp domain for now. I’m having a problem when activating “Aggregate JS Files”. With default exclusion list, many things are broken.
Revolution Slider and Instagram Widget by WPZOOM are two of them, but I can’t find which else.

AO seems entirely off now, so impossible to say what might be going wrong there solomoulos :-/ What JS errors are displayed on the browser console when JS optimize & aggregate are active?

Looks like an error in wp-content/plugins/master-addons/inc/modules/header-footer-comment/assets/js/jltma-comments.js, can you try adding that or wp-content/plugins/master-addons/inc/modules/header-footer-comment/ or even wp-content/plugins/master-addons/ to the comma-separated JS optimization exclusion list?
