Image plugin needed

I am looking for a plugin which can auto-create subposts for every image in the current post

So if my post is domain.com/post all images will be domain.com/post/image-1, image-2 and so on. I am pretty sure such plugin exists, because in the past I’ve found one, but can’t remember it. Live explanation about the subposts can be seen here:
