Gutenberg Blocks Only?

Apparently our theme is not compatible with Gutenberg Blocks since even though we’re on WordPress version 5.5.1 we still only see the old editor.

Having mentioned that, we’re evaluating the free version of Bookly before purchasing Pro. We’ve set 1 Category, 1 Service and 1 Employee.

What we’re seeing is we can add a form to the old editor with limited settings which would be fine except the only setting that works is Category. We can’t select Service or Employee and if we view the form a form timeline appears but the only selectable item is Category.

There seems to be no list of Shortcode values for displaying the form. There is a list of Shortcodes for just about everything else.

This plugin seems to be only compatible with Gutenberg Blocks. We’ve tried using what limited Shortcode there is to add the form to Elementor and WPBakery with no success.
