Best Non-Code Customizable Theme?

    What, in your opinion is the best theme that provides options for the following to be changed via the admin panel (rather than code):

    Basic theme colors (font, links, hover, etc.)
    Background color and/or image
    Header image (browser uploadable)

    Being able to change number/position of sidebars and site font would be a bonus as well. I don’t want anything too complicated and with too many options, just enough for someone who is a WordPress noob and has no coding knowledge to customize a bit 🙂
