Permalink help Post_name.html

    Folks,
    I would like to replace hypen with underscore, URI to look better. is this possible?
    Original URI looks like
    Eg :2
    domainname.com/how-install-wordpress.html

    I want it to appear as
    domainname.com/how_install_wordpress.html

    Any one tried like this ?
