Neve Options Not Working

    Hello,

    I have recently purchased a business wordpress account and installed elementor pro to design my website.
    I chose neve as my starting template and the Neve options page that contain pre-installed templates isn’t working. The page simply doesn’t load.

    I have run a troubleshoot with wordpress and it still doesn’t work, is anyone else having this same issue?

    If not, does anyone have a fix.

    Hi @ugniusk96,

    To be sure I understood right, you purchased a Business Neve theme plan or a business WordPress.com license?

    For the issue you encountered, please try to go to your Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks and click “Save changes” button without modifying anything.

    @betydbr Thanks for getting back to me.

    I purchased a WordPress.Com business plan license and chose Neve as my starting templates. I know that Neve has preset templates you can start working on but the page with the options ‘ Neve Options ‘ doesn’t load.

    I have saved all changes and it still doesn’t work. Pemalinks are set to ‘Post name’

    Please try to clear your browsing cache and deactivate all of your plugin to make sure that there isn’t any conflicts.
    In case it doesn’t work for you, can you see any errors in the console?

    @betydbr I had already cleared my caches, cookies and deactivated all plug-ins during my troubleshoot with a wordpress agent.

    I will have to check for any other errors once I’m near a computer again.
