Issue with Neve header

    I am using two rows for the header. Unless the second row height is at least 220px the links on the button and social icons on the first row do not work. But this is too big. Help! I can’t link to the site because it is on a staging site and you can only view if logged in.

    Hi @seemainamdar,

    This isn’t an expected behaviour of the theme and I’m not able to replicate the issue on my end. Are you using any custom code?

    Hi Betty,

    I have a shortcode for some social follow buttons, but even if I take that out I have the same problem. (Shortcode is [smbtoolbar]) Other than that the top row has a button and the second row has the logo, header menu and search icon.

    This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.
