    hi, I’ve been using the Snow theme for maybe a month and we are very happy. We were previously using a paid theme but it was too full of errors.

    Hi @paperesl455,

    We haven’t faced this problem before and I’m not able to replicate it, but it seems more like a WordPress issue, not theme related.
    Please try to switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and see if the issue persist.
