I have a site with the free version of the MailPoet sending service set up. The key validates fine, but every day it reverts to unvalidated (I believe when the deamon runs to check the validation). This causes all email sending to fail. It can be fixed by just going into the MailPoet settings and clicking validate key again. You don’t even have to enter the key again because the correct key is still there. How can this be fixed?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi @bud91

Can you please go to your MailPoet’s Help page and check for any possible cURL errors?

    Hi @mailpoet

Thank you for your help. I see no curl errors, it says the connection to the key activation and sending service is successful. The key was invalid again however, until I verified it again.

    Hi @mailpoet,

Do you have any solutions for this issue? It is still happening and it really disrupts the website because all emails fail to send silently when this happens.

    Hi @bud91,

This may happen when there’s something preventing the daily key check from running as expected.

If your website is hosted on Dreamhost, for example, this is one host we’re aware that can cause a conflict with the key check task, when assigning a different site URL to your website.

Let us know if that’s the case.
