Cart empty issue woocommerce

    Hi,
    I have a website using neighborhood theme hosted on godaddy managed wordpress site.
    The issue is with the cart
    -for some users when they add product and go to cart it shows the cart is empty
    basically the cart is no updated

    Details
    -php version is 7.3
    -wordpress version is 5.4.1
    -woocommerce version 4.2.0
