[Plugin: Twitter for WordPress] Plugin doesn’t render

This plugin works great locally. However as soon as I tried to put it on the live site, it doesn’t work. It renders up until the plugin code starts, then the rest of the page is blank. I see another post on this same problem, but it was closed without a resolution.
