Plugin not orking correctly on long pages

    Dear Customer services,

    I have faced the problem, that the plugin “Page scroll to id” is not working correctly at the first time when I click on the relevant link.

    I made an external link to the page where I would like to navigate with its ID.
    After clicking on the link it navigates to a different place of the site.

    After the site is fully loaded it works correctly and on short pages it works well, only on the long pages generates this problem.

    Hello,

    Are you using lazy-loading for your images? The plugin triggers page scrolling after the page is fully loaded, but if the page loads assets like images at a later time, while the page is scrolling, the final position won’t be correct.

    You can try enabling “Verify target position and readjust scrolling (if necessary), after scrolling animation is complete” option in plugin settings and see if it helps.

    You might also need to set a value of say 500 in “delay for scrolling to target on page load” field, to see if it helps.
