Hello add an ACF taxonomy field. Choose product category as taxonomy, turn on “save terms” and “load terms”, and add this field to your form in the widget

That’s where you have to add the field to the form. Did you add the field in ACF?
May be that i’ve not expalined it.
ACF field are that shown on screenshot.
Categries that i’d need to select are product categories of Woocommerce
I try to better explain the situation :
I’ve the classic Woocommerce product with their categories that are the ingredients of them ( F.e. Mozzarella – Pomodoro . Salame etc etc )
in the product post type i’ve added some CF that are Storia – Ingredienti – Abbinamento
When user create a new product, with your great form, i need that he can insert :
Title
Content
Featured image
Various CF ( added with Fields –Fields — ACF Fields
**Product categories**
now i do not found how to select and insert the product categories using the form .
Only using the section POst — terms — Select Term i’ve been able to can manual add a specific product category but this is not the action needed because must be the user to choice the specific categry to associate at product.
I hope to have given a better explain.

You created a taxonomy field in ACF and you can’t find it in the fields selection?
In ACf there is not a taxonomy field.
The categries are those related to WooCommerce product and are that work with all my search forms on all the site.
Adding a product with your form how can i add a product (on that there are categories product) using your form ?
Create a ACF field and give it a type of “taxonomy”. Under the taxonomy selection, choose product categories. Then turn on “save terms” and “load terms”

can be that after to have inserted th CF taxonomy on my woocommerce product i’ve lsot ally my categories template that now give me ever 404 error ?
For the woocommerce image gallery create a ACF field and name it _product_image_gallery
Regarding the 404 error, you have to check out your permalinks
Yes i’ve seen that, on stage, i’ve permalinks not corrects but also using the correct (that now i’ve correct) do not work.
I’ve had to remove all olds prodicts and to create them only with your form because if i crate using the WP dashboard looklike that something gone bad.
Also i try to modify the product using dashboard so i ask you if is there there a mode to can modifiy the post usgin your form and not with the standard wordpress dashboard? ) .
Now i try to add the CF _product_image_gallery
CF must be image type?

I didnt understand your first question, but regarding the images, the CF has to be gallery type
