Subscriber List Not Appearing

    Hello,

    I have installed this plug in, and connected it to my MailChimp account with the API key, status active. I have displayed my form on the side bar of my blog, with a simple email address and subscribe box. However, when I fill in this form with an email to test it, both on WordPress itself and MailChimp account, it doesn’t refresh. According to MailChimp, I still don’t have anyone subscribing to the newsletter. Is there something I haven’t done? I went to integration and activated both my custom and registration form options, but still nothing.

    Hey @jacksamstrange,

    In our form settings, have you enabled “Double Opt-in”?

    Also, please go to the “MC4WP > Others” menu and share with us any errors listed there. Please make sure to remove any sensitive data before sharing the log.
