Cant offer first month fee

    Hi, i run a subscription box website. The box is $12.95 a month. I would like to offer the first box for free, then charge the customer $12.95 for the next month. When i create a coupon for a product discount of $12.95. I go to the checkout page and use the coupon, It brings the cost of the subscription box to $0.00 but it removes the payment option and just lets the customer order for free.

    I would like to offer the customer the first box for free, but obtain their payment details so i can charge them for the next box. I just dont want to give out my products for free without getting subscribers. How do i fix this issue please?

    Hello,

    I’m sorry, but what you are asking is not possible with the Free version.
    You need advanced features in order to achieve this.

    How do you achieve this, with the paid version?

    Yes, it could be achieved with a trial period on the subscription. Please, visit our site for more info. This forum is only for the Free plugins. Thank you.
