    If you have access to webhosting account, you can temporariliy rename the plugin and theme folders to deactivate. You might be able to get access dashboard to login and and start troubleshooting.

    Make a backup of your site first.

    Thanks Lisa (@contentiskey), I’ll try that and see how I get on. No access to the webhosting account though.. Can’t make a back up as no way of logging in or accessing the web hosting. Unless you can advise with that?

    Do you have access to files via FTP (using a tool like FileZilla)
    Is it possible to get access to webhosting account?
