Unable to Enable Fields

    I am unable to select new Fields to add to the forms I am creating. The default First Name, Last Name, Email, and Message are working, but I am unable to enable new fields on my forms. I would like to add Title and a couple others, but none of the Operations checkboxes can be selected. Is this a plugin or setting issue or a Salesforce problem?

    It’s likely a plugin conflict of some kind — fields are added via Javascript so broken JS on that page could disable that feature.

    If you can look in your JS console and not any errors we could help more, but don’t have enough info to do more than speculate at this point.
