    Hi,

First of all, thanks for the great plugin!

I encountered a small (but at least for me unsolved) problem with the latest update 1.3.3.0. When booking a time at for example 10.00, both the customer and admin notification emails show the booked time as 8.00. The appointment times in the WordPress dashboard calendar are correct so it’s just the emails.

I’m from Finland and I’ve localized both WordPress and SSA plugin in Europe / Helsinki timezone – which is UTC+3 now during the daylight saving time and UTC+2 normally. I’ve been using “locked” method in the appointment timezone. I tried also “localized” and other twig templates, but couldn’t make any difference.

When I restored the plugin back to the 1.3.2.2 version, the emails worked fine again.

  • I am experiencing the exact same problem in Europe / Amsterdam timezone. I installed for the first time the plugin today and it works fine except this problem. When the appointment is at 10:45, the confirmation email says 08:45, whilst the dashboard shows the correct time.

    Hello @saskiamarkestein and @mediootti,

I’m sorry that you’re having troubles. We’re looking into this to get it solved as quickly as possible.

If you have a moment, could you let us know if you’re using the ‘Locked’ timezone for your appointments as described in our blog post here: https://simplyscheduleappointments.com/2018/11/13/in-person-appointments-in-your-own-timezone/

We’re suspecting that this issue is related to locked appointment types, but we’re still figuring it out.

Thanks and we’ll be in touch soon with an update.

    Hello @saskiamarkestein and @mediootti,

We found the issue. Please update to version 1.3.3.1 and the timezones will be correct in the notification emails. We’re so sorry for any confusion or inconvenience we might have caused.

    Hi @nataliemac ,

Thank you for your great and extremely fast support! I can confirm that everything works perfectly now.

A bit late for this comment, but I was and I still am using the Locked timezone, just like described in your blog post. I tried to change it to the Localized timezone before I started this thread, but that didn’t solve the problem then.

But now everything’s fine again! 🙂
