I can’t install WP – Error 403

I upload the WordPress to my server http://www.sabadosnegros.com
when I tried install
http://www.sabadosnegros.com/wp-admin/install.php
The request is:
Error 403 – Access denied
I haven’t a index.html or index.htm in the root directory
The folder wp-admin have 755 permission
The file install.php have 666 permission
