Afternoon webdoc121;
I use WP Super Cache myself, should work perfecty with AO. Can you try if disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization makes the server error go away?
frank
If I disable the minifying of CSS, JS or HTML, then it would not fulfill the purpose I am installing the Autoptimize
the goal of disabling those is trying to understand what is going on so we can find a solution webdoc121 🙂
I have disabled all the three and website is working now. Now please suggest me the procedure
OK, now enable them one at a time to see which one causes things to break?
Ok. Will let you know. ASAP…
Dear, I have tests disabling and enabling the plugin Options: Here’s what I have done so far:
1) Enabling the Plugin with all the options enabled: Causing 500 http error
2) Disabling CSS, HTML, JS and Image Optimization: Website Runs
3) Enabling JS: Website Runs
4) Enabling HTML: Website Runs
5) Enabling Image Optimization: Website Runs
6) Enabling CSS: Causing 500 http error
7) Disabling CSS: Still the same error
8) Disabling Image: Still the same error
9) Disabling HTML: Website Runs
Now Please analyze and suggest me which area is wrong…
Regards…
OK, let’s focus on just CSS now;
- if only CSS optimization is active do you have the server error?
- What happens if you untick the “aggregate CSS”-option?
- What happens if you add
themes or plugins to the comma-separated CSS optimization list?
1. if only CSS optimization is active do you have the server error? : YES Causing http error 500
2. What happens if you untick the “aggregate CSS”-option? : Still the Same Error
3. What happens if you add themes or plugins to the comma-separated CSS optimization list? : Still the same error
OK, so what other plugins do you have active?
1. For Optimization: I have used the Wp Super Cache and Wp-Optimize
and others (not for optimization)?
Dear, this is a huge list. Do you want all the plugins?
in that case maybe first and foremost; can you check your PHP-errorlog for errors?
