new Page activation

Hello !

i just started my site and v much new in WP so i have no idea about anything tried to go though the tips but…………

1- i can create a page, but when in the box i type some massage and PUBLISH the page…

Result: i can see the page title on site, without any detail and when i click on the page title it show FILE NOT FOUND

2- i can not create new post i can see only this

apriciate if some one can guide me
