but when m using client-side this plugin not working perfectly there is some error pls help me

You dont see the country code when filling the form…you will have it in th email ..

Hi, in both version i can see the plugin working correctly. Can you try disabling the cookie plugin and see if your issue is still there? can you explain more in detail why you say the plugin in not working?

i can see the flag correctly in both version mobile and desktop (chrome, firefox, safari and opera all last version on mac OSX Mojave and mobile chrome and samsung chrome and default samsung internet browser ). in which browser are you testing? mobile?
are you working with a cache plugin? can you disable it and test?
can you disable all plugins and use a default theme and see what happen?
