Hi there, I love this plugin and consider it an absolute necessity, but if it doesn’t work with Facebook pixel conversion tracking like add to cart, initiate checkout, purchases, etc. I can’t use it as that’s an absolute must.

How can I get it to work? I’ve already disabled all JS and CSS settings, even the HTML settings. Using both PixelYourSite and FacebookForWoocommerce, can’t get it to work.

    Even tried adding:
    /pixelyoursite/js/public.js
    /pixelyoursite/js/admin.js
    /wp-content/plugins/pixelyoursite/js/public.js
    /wp-content/plugins/pixelyoursite/js/admin.js
    /plugins/pixelyoursite/js/public.js
    /plugins/pixelyoursite/js/admin.js
To both the ignore, and default ignore list.

How can I get it to work together or is it just completely incompatible? Thanks!

There shouldn’t be any issue with pixelyoursite plugin, are there any errors on the chrome console log?

Meant disabled *HTML cleanup header settings. CSS and JS being completely disabled is correct though. Even went as far as forcing HTTPS even though that’s completely irrelevant because I’m just so lost trying to get it to work together.

And how do you know it’s not working?
It’s not tracking or it doesn’t even show up on the html?

    What’s the site url?

@alignak 22 purchases in past 2 hours, 0 logged. ATC and IC events aren’t displaying properly values either.

@alignak Pixel tracking was working smoothly before this install. I saw a similar post regarding this and you said you had no issues with it. Weird that person and I are having this issue πŸ™

Oops, sorry for double post. Didn’t mean to spam. Internet was bugging out.

Well, the thing is, if you disabled JS and CSS minification, we know it’s not from there because when you enable those options, FVM doesn’t process anything related to that.

Did you also disable HTML processing?

Unless the facebook plugin stops working when it detects FVM, I have no idea.

One thing that I see is that you have a lot of jQuery inline code, so definitely you need to exclude jQuery on FVM.

But like I said, if you already disabled JS and CSS processing, as well as HTML processing… that means, FVM is literally disabled.
That being the case, I can only think that some other plugin doesn’t like FVM, maybe.

Contact me via contact form via fastvelocityy.com and I’ll take a look.

Alternatively, you need to try some other plugin (maybe autoptimize), or hire a developer to check if that’s the case.

I have the facebook pixel plugin on client websites and it works fine with FVM, so perhaps something else is causing it, just because FVM is there.

Just for future reference, this was not FVM related.
