The theme shouldn’t be doing anything on a plugin page it has nothing to do with, so I’d say your problem is with your theme. You’ll still have to find an error message to prove this.
Ok, I have already tried to ask for the help of the template but they told me to contact you. I do not have the skills to developer for me it is difficult to find the error.

If it is a commercial theme, I cannot help you.
