Install multiple wordpress blogs in the same domain

Hi,

We are impressed by WordPress. We have an extranet accesible from the web used for a research unit hoste in our own domain. We want to install 2 – 3 blogs in different sections of the Intranet focusing on 2-3 different areas. The same admins should manage all blogs. Could you please offer any suggestion or link on how to manage this situation?
