  • Hi @educationguideonline,
It sounds like you’re trying to access Wordfence while logged in as an admin in a subsite in a WordPress multisite. On WordPress multisite Wordfence can only be accessed by the super admin in the network.

I am the super admin. but still, it is not working. I have changed the dashboard URL for security, is this the cause of this issue?

    Hi again @educationguideonline,
That’s possible. Have you tried changing it back to see if that fixes it?

    Found the issue.
Your plugin is not compatible with “Hide my WP” plugin.

    Hi again @educationguideonline,

Editing my reply here because I posted it to the wrong thread. Sorry!

I think you should reach out to the authors of that plugin and ask them why our plugin doesn’t work when theirs is enabled. If you find anything out, we’d love to hear more. Thanks!
