Error Log entries

    Hi,

    I am seeing three error log entries…

    WordPress database error Duplicate key name ‘type’ for query ALTER TABLE ttc2016_mailpoet_scheduled_tasks ADD KEY type ………….
    WordPress database error Duplicate key name ‘status’ for query ALTER TABLE ttc2016_mailpoet_scheduled_tasks ADD KEY status ………
    WordPress database error Duplicate key name ‘task_id’ for query ALTER TABLE ttc2016_mailpoet_sending_queues ADD KEY task_id ……..

    What’s happening here?

    Hi there @adendum,

    Can you confirm which version of MailPoet you currently have installed?

    When did this start happening? Can you try running the repair tables command on those database tables please?

    Hi,

    Version is MailPoet 3 (New) 3.6.3. If memory serves I used to have WYSIJA (Mailpoet2?) running originally, and I do still have a bundle of WYSIJA tables in the database (see below – not sure if these are still used by MailPoet?) so I may have updated at some point. The error first appeared March 28th but it’s a low traffic site.

    I have run the repair on those three tables – result OK

    ttc2016_wysija_email_user_stat
    ttc2016_wysija_email_user_url

    ttc2016_wysija_subscriber_ips
    ttc2016_wysija_url
    ttc2016_wysija_url_mail
    ttc2016_wysija_user
    ttc2016_wysija_user_field
    ttc2016_wysija_user_history
    ttc2016_wysija_user_list

    Hi there!

    Those tables are from MailPoet 2, not 3. All Mailpoet 3 tables start: “your-db_pefix_mailpoet”.

    I have dropped all wysija tables from the database and have responded as requested.
