Hi there,
I took a look at the images in the first row. If I see this correctly then your images have different aspect ratio and sizes.
This here: http://www.zanagapelucas.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/pelu2-768×737.png is smaller than this: http://www.zanagapelucas.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/351-67cm.jpg. Your thumbnails are resized proportionally so it makes sense that they are all different even after resizing.
You can try the square cropping built into WooCommerce to align them: http://cld.wthms.co/46j9oK
Before you start testing that, do make a full backup.

THANKS!!! I have done this http://cld.wthms.co/46j9oK and then I regenerated all thumbnails with the Regenerate Thumbnails Plugin and nothing changed. All the imagges are still messed up
Hi there!
I would recommend two things.
1) Use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin, even if you don’t plan to regenerate thumbnails. This will list all thumbnails registered by WordPress, theme(s) and plugins. So you can see exactly what is being generated.

2) You can change these sizes using custom code as shown here:

The Regenerate Thumbnails plugin will then tell you if those sizes have been changed successfully (then you can use it to create them).
Then you can set them to exactly the way you want.

I dont understand this. My images were all correct until I changed my theme, now the sizes are all messed up. Every time I change a theme all my images will get distorted like this?
I have already done this 1:1 https://snag.gy/KTzEG9.jpg and then I regenerated thumbnails and it did not change anything.
What can I do?

The thumbnails aren’t regenerating if you’ve selected 1:1 and they’re not appearing as a square on your site.
Try the plugin I mentioned above and see what sizes are set and they will be regenerated to.

When you’re on the Regenerate Thumbnails page, what sizes does it say it is creating?
It sounds like the theme isn’t setting the correct size your theme needs, or that your theme is forcing the size to be different to the ones created.
Looking at your site currently, the images are correct on:

Are you still having problems or are you on a different theme to the one you want to use?

I am using the official STOREFRONT theme and WOOCOMMERCE plugin
I have already done this 1:1 from the Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce

It looks like it’s because the images aren’t being cropped. So it is restricting them by one dimension.
For example these two images are both 324 on one dimension but not the other:

You will need to force hard cropping if you want them all the same size, or change the original images before uploading to all be exactly the same size and then upload.

Is this a bug of the Storefront Theme or Woocommerce? Is this happening to all users or only to me.
If you have it set to 1:1 and to be cropped then it is something specific on your site as it’s not something I can see reported anywhere else.
The Regenerate thumbnails is not cropping them either?
Have you tried disabling all other plugins?

1) I disabled all my plugins
2) then I only enabled WOOCOMMERCE and REGENERATE THUMBNAILS
3) I did this 1:1 from the Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce
