Having Trouble Installing?

I have been unavle to correcctly intall this. I downloaded all the filles to Save the file as wp-config.php oi a new folder on desktop. All files extracted there and still unable to get wp-admin/install.php to correctly appear in my browser???

Any help would be apreciated!
