ZEUS – Review Intelligence for WooCommerce helps you spot recurring complaints, find the products that need attention, and see which issues are new or getting worse. **See what needs your attention** * Find your biggest customer complaint and most affected product. * Compare complaint mentions over the last 30 days with the previous 30 days. * Open the products and reviews behind each insight. * Analyze existing reviews when you get started. * Choose whether to analyze new reviews automatically. * Review suggested moderation actions and decide what to do. **Start with 100 analyses each month** The free Review Intelligence service includes 100 analyses per store each month. This allowance is shared by your first analysis of existing reviews, analysis of new reviews, and any fresh reanalysis you request. The allowance resets on the first day of each month, using UTC. Previously analyzed reviews are skipped during onboarding. Requesting a fresh analysis of a review uses another analysis. An analysis counts once the service accepts it for processing; checking its progress does not use more of your allowance. When you reach your limit, your existing insights and manual moderation tools remain available. You can analyze more reviews after your allowance resets. The upgrade button lets you express interest in a future paid plan. It does not charge you or change your plan. **You’re in control** Activating the plugin does not send your reviews for analysis. You first choose to connect your store after reviewing the usage and privacy information. Automatic approval is off by default. You can manage automatic analysis and moderation in Settings. Review analysis uses an external service operated by ZeusInLabs. You need WooCommerce and a public HTTPS store to connect. See External services below for details about the information shared. ### External services #### Review Intelligence Review Intelligence, operated by ZeusInLabs, connects your store, processes review analysis, and tracks your monthly allowance. When you choose to connect, the plugin sends your store name, public website address, and secure connection details. The service checks that the website belongs to your store. After connection, analysis sends the review text, star rating, product name, whether the reviewer is a verified buyer, and references that link each analysis to the correct review. This happens during onboarding, when you request analysis, or when automatic analysis is enabled for new reviews. The plugin also checks analysis progress and your remaining allowance. Reviewer names, email addresses, and IP addresses are not sent as separate fields. Personal information written inside the review text is not automatically removed and is sent with that text. If you click the upgrade-interest button, the service records your store’s interest and current usage. It shares review text, star rating, product name, and whether the reviewer is a verified buyer with OpenRouter. Make sure WooCommerce is active on your store. 2. Install and activate the plugin. 3. Open Review Intelligence in your WordPress sidebar. 4. Read the usage and privacy information, then choose to connect and analyze your reviews. You can also skip this step. 5. View your insights and choose your automation preferences in Settings. ## FAQ ### What if I already have hundreds or thousands of reviews? Onboarding starts with your newest reviews that still need analysis, up to your remaining monthly allowance. It skips reviews already analyzed. The rest can be analyzed in a later month. ### Will it automatically approve my reviews? Automatic approval is off by default. Onboarding and manual analysis do not change a review’s approval status. You can enable automatic approval separately in Settings. Your existing WordPress and WooCommerce moderation rules still apply. ### Do I need to set up an AI account? No. You connect your store from the plugin, and Review Intelligence handles the analysis. ### What happens if analysis fails? Your review stays unchanged. If you were reanalyzing a review, its previous result is preserved. Temporary failures may be retried automatically, and you can try again from the plugin. ### Why aren’t complaint trends showing yet? Trends compare the last 30 days with the previous 30 days, using review dates. Both periods need complete analysis coverage before comparisons appear. Changes reflect the number of complaint mentions, not the percentage of customers complaining. ### What happens when I uninstall the plugin? Uninstalling removes the plugin’s settings, connection details and saved analysis from your WordPress site. Your WooCommerce products and customer reviews stay intact. Deactivating the plugin keeps your settings and results.
