These external services are essential for the plugin to operate. #### 1. Facturae Format Specification The plugin uses the official electronic invoice XML schemas defined by the Spanish Tax Agency to generate Facturae-compatible XML files. The schemas are used as XML namespaces to structure invoice data. No invoice, customer, company, or other personal data is sent to the Facturae website. The services are used to submit Facturae invoices to the ZeroComa invoicing platform, validate company tax identifiers (CIF), and monitor invoice status. API URLs used by the plugin: https://gestionfacturaspre.zerocoma.com/api/ https://gestionfacturaspreservice.zerocoma.com/api/ Data sent to ZeroComa may include: * WooCommerce order data, including invoice number, totals, and dates. * Customer billing data required to generate the Facturae invoice. * Company tax identifier (CIF) for validation and document compliance. * Authentication API tokens required to authenticate API requests. Data transmission occurs when: * Automatic invoice generation is triggered after an order is completed. * Manual invoice submission is executed. * Invoice status is checked. * Company data validation is requested. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/zerocoma-electronic-invoicing` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen. 2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress. 3. Go to the Verifactu menu to configure your ZeroComa API credentials. 4. Once configured, the plugin will automatically generate and send electronic invoices in Facturae 3.2.2 format to the ZeroComa EdasInvoiZE system when a WooCommerce order is completed. ## FAQ ### What version of WooCommerce is required? WooCommerce 7.0 or higher. ### Does this plugin work with any theme? Yes, as long as the theme is compatible with WooCommerce. ### What PHP version is required? PHP 8.1 or higher. ### Can I use the plugin without a ZeroComa account? No. A valid ZeroComa EdasInvoiZE API account is mandatory. ### Are invoices stored locally? Yes, invoices are temporarily generated in Facturae 3.2.2 XML format before being sent to ZeroComa. ### What information is sent externally?
